Workshop Participant Testimonials

Collaborating Across Functions

This is a problem area for our organization—too many silos. The workshop gave me lots of ideas on how to personally bridge these gaps.

Outstanding framework—Systems Thinking—for looking at collaboration. I especially enjoyed the Rubik's Cube and its unintended consequences.

Analogies were terrific (Helicopter View and Rubik's Cube). These will be of great value in all my cross-functional meetings and projects.

Begin with the end in mind—it is a great idea and the only way to get diverse functions to work together—with a Superordinate goal.

This gave me much more confidence as a leader to deal with silos and crossfunctional issues and situations—Thanks to the Centre!

The Tools, Tips, and Techniques for cross-functional collaboration were simple and easy to use—I will apply them right away.

The ABCs template is a wonderful and simple tool—it is easy to use for all my cross-functional projects and major issues.

These easy to use tools will increase teamwork and collaboration, not only between my department and others, but within my department as well—great and practical workshop.
