2 Day “Train-the-Trainer/Consultant” Workshop

Purposes

  1. To learn "how to" facilitate The Systems Thinking Approach™ to business, life, tasks, and activities.
  2. To practice the four Systems Thinking Concepts as they apply to your case.
  3. To learn the key tools, tips, and techniques to successfully install a Strategic and Systems Thinking process across your organization.
  4. To practice designing and tailoring various Strategic Thinking characteristics and standard systems dynamics so as to meet client needs, wants, times and costs.
  5. To examine a step-by-step guide to the Rollercoaster of Change™ and its 20 applications for additional concepts, learnings, and activities/tasks to do.
  6. To discuss how to successfully facilitate difficult situations in using Strategic and Systems Thinking.
    • Conflict among participants
    • Senior Executive dominance or lack of openness
    • Closure and consensus—“Actively Support”
    • Beginning/ending of each meeting—Parallel Involvement Process
  7. To reinforce how Strategic Thinking fits into an overall Strategic Management System (Planning—People—Leadership—Change) and to learn some keys to assisting an organization in installing this.
