Purposes
- To learn "how to" facilitate The Systems Thinking Approach™ to business, life, tasks, and activities.
- To practice the four Systems Thinking Concepts as they apply to your case.
- To learn the key tools, tips, and techniques to successfully install a Strategic and Systems Thinking process across your organization.
- To practice designing and tailoring various Strategic Thinking characteristics and standard systems dynamics so as to meet client needs, wants, times and costs.
- To examine a step-by-step guide to the Rollercoaster of Change™ and its 20 applications for additional concepts, learnings, and activities/tasks to do.
- To discuss how to successfully facilitate difficult situations in using Strategic
and Systems Thinking.
- Conflict among participants
