Testing Your Computer and Network:
The improvements provided by the Acrobat Connect Pro version 7 release will require all end-users to use Adobe Flash® Player software version 9 or greater. The Flash Player can be downloaded here. If you are new to the Adobe Connect environment, we provide access to free Web-based tests to help determine your ability to connect to a Webcast. Connect to Meeting: http://breeze.uliveandlearn.com/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm Firewall Information By default, Adobe Connect listens on port 1935. Port 1935 must be open on the firewall/proxy server on the server side and also on the client side in order for the communication between the server and client to take place. There are times when the client's firewall/proxy server has blocked port 1935 for inbound and outbound traffic and the client will not be able to access the Breeze Live meeting. If your organization's firewall/proxy server blocks Port 1935 or your IT group is not free to open Port 1935 on your corporate firewall/proxy server you can use Port 443. Port 443 is a secure port, and the majority of the corporate firewall/proxy servers typically have this port already open. This will allow the client to use port 443 to connect to the meeting. |
