Participant Cancellation Policy

• Participants may transfer to another event within the next 12 months from the initial start date without charge. Once a participant transfers to another event, the registration fee will not be refunded.
  
  
• Participants may be refunded or charged for any price differences between workshop fees.
  
  
• Participants who cancel their registration to the initial event are subject to a $250 cancellation charge for registration and administrative costs.
  
  
• Participants who cancel their registration 15 or less days prior to the initial event start date are subject to an additional $250 cancellation charge for location and other incurred costs.
  
  
• Participants who do not cancel their registration and do not attend the event are liable for the entire workshop fee.
  
  

Early Bird Registration Discount (Workshops Only)

• To receive the 10% Early Registration Discount, payment must be received 45 days prior to the start date of the event. (Excludes Academy Certification)
  
  

Multiple Registration Discount (Workshops Only)

• To receive the 10% Multiple Registration Discount for an event, two or more participants from the same organization must register and pay at the same time. (Excludes Academy Certification)
  
  

Scholarships

• We give scholarships to deserving individuals and organizations–contact us for details.

• In support of our Military we offer a 50% discount policy to all members of the Military
